Do you feel good?

Do you remember James Brown, the famous singer? One of his best songs had the words, I feel good! In spite of his age, he would dance, spin and sing at the top of his lungs. He would sweat and wipe his face with a towel that he wore around his shoulders. Sure, he did it all for money and because it was his job.

I wonder how much of our lives are controlled by what we think? There is a saying, "You are what you eat". True, but how much of what we are is what we think?

Our brains are like a computer. It gives out what is 'fed' into it. If we continually feed in negatives, do we get back negatives? If we feed in positives, do we get back positives?

Can we think our way out of a bad mood?
