If you are in the path of this storm, go some where safe. Don't guess or hope, leave.
My grandmother lived in Biloxi during Camille. She and my aunt were going to ride it out. My uncle was helping with the evacutating, stopped by my grandmother's apt, realized they were still there and immediately moved them out.
When it was over, there was a water line just below her ceiling. The water was over 8 foot INSIDE her little apartment.
Don't play chicken with a storm. You will not win. Better to exit than to stay.
