ROCKY ROAD FUDGE

It's Sweet Saturday again. Here is a recipe that I found in my big gray notebook of recipes, written in my daughter's hand when she was a young girl:

Rocky Road Fudge
1/4 cup milk
1 package (11-1/2 ozs) milk chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmellows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
dash of salt

1) Grease pan.
2) Heat milk and chips in saucepan over low heat until chips melt, stirring constantly.
3) Remove from heat. Stir in marshmellows, nuts and salt. (The marshmellows will make little lumps in the candy)
4) Spread candy in pan w/spatula. Refrigerate one hour or until firm.
5) Cut into 1 inch squares.

My mouth is watering. Why did I post this? I went back to WW last Tuesday. Yum yum. I have everything to make this, oh me....be strong.....!

Sounds delicious...I've been pigging out on strawberries, strawberyy glaze, angel food cake and fat free cool whip. Wish that darn cake wasn't so big. I tried to find a small one to no avail.
