Fudge Pie

This is my favorite pie recipe.

Easy Fudge Pie

1 stick of margarine or butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9" pie crust (not deep dish)

Defrost frozen pie crust, prick with fork.

Melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients, stir until well blended, pour into pie crust.

Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Pie will become firm as it cools. Crust will cook to golden brown edges.

The pie is delicious even after chilled in the frig.

This is one of my favorite pie recipes too...used to make it a lot until I had to start watching fat and calories. Nice with some whipped cream sprinkled with crushed candy canes at Christmas or peppermint ice cream...
