Open the cans, pour into pot, heat till hot and ready to eat, you get several bowls of this:

When veggies are cheaper this Spring, I plan to make it from scratch, only using the tomato with spices to cut back on the sodium. All of these are sold at Kroger on the canned veggie aisle.
