JOINT RESOLUTIONProposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:
`Article--
`The twenty-second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.'.

I am listening to the radio.

Several things on it are very wrong.

Did you know there is a senator that is submitting a bill to abolish the 22nd amendment to the US Constitution?

What is it?

The one that says a president can only serve two terms.

This will make Obama president for life or for as long as he wants.

Also that he has so much conflict of interests on his cabinet appointments! HILLARY is okay now? Since when?

He has one man that has not paid taxes for years and we are suppose to believe it's a hiccup?

Rain

It's amazing how rain can make you feel.

When it's hot, it cools you off. When it's cold, it makes you feel colder.

Still I am thankful for the rain.

We lived in a part of the country where it did not rain for 6 months. Everything died. The grass died, trees died, the MO river dropped and the fish died. I determined then that I would never complain about the rain again.

It has been pouring in our state for weeks. The first two weeks in Dec 08, there was 11". Last Dec 07, only 1"

The ground is like a soaked sponge but still it is refreshing to know that the earth is getting a good bath.

I like the rain.

Pain into Joy

Today has been a very long day. I am in much pain from the length of it all.

I became a grandmom today at 9:40 AM CST.


Pain, what pain?
