Watch, record and take notes while the Extreme Couponing TV show is on the air!

BUT

Don't believe everything they are telling you about couponing because:

1 - no one really shops that way...... 

2 - it is a television show......

3 - your store may not give the discounts that their store does.....

4 - do not buy so many products that may expire before you need to use that product......

STILL

it is a good way to learn tips and tricks on how to save real money, from real people on real products.

So, check it out but be sure and keep a level head about it.

Once you start couponing and saving money, it is addictive, especially if you are living on Social Security and very little else.
