As you know, most bloggers go for a wordless Wednesday. I'm going in the opposite direction, words on Wednesday.
Think about this: Do you have a life long friend? Do you have more than one?
Maybe you have a girlfriend that you and she had a baby at the same time.
Maybe you have a girlfriend that you met as a child, still in touch with after years.
Or
Is your husband your best friend?
Take time today to remember the memories you have of them. It will ease your stress, don't know why, but it does.
Perhaps it's because we count our blessings, taking us to a time we were happier, younger, stronger. Life is good and it's made better by the memories of our friends.

that is very good advice to give, to think about memories of friends (or even special times) to help get through some of the stressful things of life! I hope your Wednesday was a nice one!

I love Christmas memories...the old holidays seem to be the best...the only way to 'go back' is via the mind.
