MICHAELS CRAFT STORE

Today was a yarn searching adventure for me. I love getting up earlier, heading to the local bigger town, after rush hour, very little traffic, cooler temps, several errands accomplished, lunch out and back home just after one, all fun.

I found the yarn, along with some other fun things on clearance for the house, maybe as gifts. Who knows? A friend of mine is teaching me how to knit long distance via emails. She has the most beautiful touch, perfect stitches, perfect tension. She's a pro.

If you sign up for Michael's' email newsletter, you will get 40% off of one regular priced item. All you have to do is give them your email, with name, which makes sense. The information notifies you of their sales. The 40% off is good in the store or online.

The deal for today was purchasing several items, two skeins of yarn, flower pots, book for the GRAND baby for Christmas, etc., for $18.88 with tax. One of the clearance items, alone, was originally $19.99 before tax.

I really like Michael's! This one is too far away, worth the drive but only occasionally.

As you know, I love a bargain or several at a time, I'll take it!

Mission accomplished.
